Meet the founder

Founder of Twinmo AI

Hello, I'm Bala Varadarajan. After two decades in the appliance industry, I've seen firsthand the challenges and complexities of product testing. From my early days as an engineer to my leadership roles at Whirlpool, I've been driven by a passion to improve product quality and how products are brought to market. Recognizing the critical inefficiencies in traditional testing methods, I founded Twinmo to redefine the engineering process through the lens of test-driven product development.

Changing for good

In the vast landscape of product development, testing has often been viewed as a necessary but cumbersome step. However, I see it as the powerhouse of innovation and quality assurance. Testing is not just about identifying defects; it's about using these insights to enhance product design, reduce time to market, and boost overall brand reputation.

At Twinmo, we don't just aim to reduce test waste and defect escapes by 80%; we envision a world where test-driven development is the backbone of engineering. This approach not only improves product quality but also embeds experimentation and continuous improvement into the DNA of product development.

Vision for the Future

My vision for Twinmo is bold and straightforward: to make test-driven development as agile, collaborative and iterative as the best software development processes. By integrating AI-Agents and digital twin technology, Twinmo will lead companies to hardware products that customers will love and pay premium to get them.

Join us at Twinmo, where we are setting new standards for what testing can achieve from speeding up time to market to dramatically enhancing product quality and sales.

The Power of AI

Our flagship platform, TestRUNS, harnesses the latest in AI technology to setup, execute and analyze vast amounts of test data, generating actionable insights that drive smarter design decisions.

The use of AI decision assistants is a game-changer in our industry. These advanced tools digest complex test data to provide clear, actionable guidance, allowing engineers to move swiftly from testing to final production with confidence.
